Management – Provided a full time working manager who was responsible for the daily running of the project.

External – Cleaning of high level gutters, jet washing of glazed brickwork façade, repairs to existing concrete lintels. Repair to existing rendered façade and then re-decoration. Formed new block work risers, rendered and painted. Installed new timber upstand to existing stair case.

Internal – forming of BWIC, forming opening and installing lintels.
