What: The project involved the fit out of an existing building. Our works were to carry out a complete soft strip, structural alterations and new structural steel work with new concrete floors. The building was completely occupied and all works where carried out on a floor by floor basics.

We undertook diamond drilling through existing floor slabs for new M&E, installed a new door opening through both concrete and masonry walls incorporating steel support to all four sides. Removed the existing concrete floor slabs and replaced with new concrete and steel supports. Fully document fire protection to new and existing opening. New structural stair case with landing to the main reception.
